- Planning, preparing and monitoring the budget of Department 7
- Budget management and accounting for Department 7 (implementation of budget)
- Controlling and reporting (in the budget context)
- Cooperation in drawing up the Styrian Financial Framework and defining the medium-term orientation of the budget of the State of Styria
- Contribution to preparing the statement of accounts of the State of Styria
- Contribution to the impact orientation at the levels of the divisional, global and detailed budget levels
- Cooperation regarding the transparency database
- Cooperation regarding the controlling of subsidies/funding
- Cost-performance accounting
The stakeholder accounting team coordinated by Stefan Bogensperger is also part of this unit.
