Tasks and responsibilities
- Central collection, updating and preparation of basic statistical and geocoded data
- Coordination and quality assurance of work using statistical and geocoded expert data from all government departments and offices;
- Analyses, forecasts, simulations and the development of models using this data
- Internal and external dissemination of data and communication of processing results and reports via the state's internet portal
- Coordination and interface between the departments of the Province of Styria and the responsible departments of the other provinces and the federal agencies
