Management and upkeep of schools

• 23 technical schools, 16 boarding schools, 10 teaching and test establishments, 1 educational and training facility

• Preparing and managing the budgets of the technical schools
• Construction matters, real estate, rental and lease agreements
• IT management, technical equipment and support for the offices/schools

Staff management

• Teacher management: all tasks from hiring to retiring:

• administrative staff, kitchen and cleaning personnel and people working in business enterprises; these tasks are handled in cooperation with the Human Resources Administrative Support Unit and Department 5
• Deployment/Assignment planning and transfers
• School statistics

 

Payroll

• All and any activities relating to employment, payment and pension law, such as:

• Drafting employment contracts
• Determination of employment category, seniority
• Salary accounting, determination of extra work

 

Legal service and consulting

• Matters of employment law and private law

• Drawing up contracts (rental, lease, cooperation agreements, etc.)
• Ordinances, regulations, statements on draft legislation

 

Supervision of schools in pedagogical terms  >>>
