- Municipal building construction issues: site development, project assessment and determination of requirements in technical, economic and spatial development-related matters
- Project and site development with inventory and building analysis, requirements planning and basic research with the aim of presenting variants and cost frameworks
- Official expert activities for compulsory schools and childcare facilities
- Town and city center development
