- Coordination and implementation of organisational development projects (list of services,
- organisational manual of Department 8, process management, etc.)
- Quality management of Department 8
- Internal Services affairs
- Organisational and administrative IT matters for Department 8 and subordinate offices (supervision of IT systems, supervision and maintenance of data servers, internet and intranet); controlling of the registration and accounting systems of subordinate offices (schools)
- Supervision of the telephone systems of Department 8
- Procurement and inventory management of office supplies and equipment
- Housing management
