  • Drafting and amendment of laws, ordinances and policies

  • Editing of form and content of agreements under Art. 15 a Federal Constitutional Act, contribution to such agreements, and participation in working groups
  • Evaluation and review procedures including validation
  • Giving opinions on draft federal or provincial laws, as also EU regulations and directives
