You can also contact us by electronic means (e-mail, fax or online form), but please note the technical requirements. Any matters submitted by electronic means outside our office hours will only be received and processed when our office staff resume work again. This means that the submission will be deemed to have been submitted and received only at that time.
Tasks
Management of the budget for Department A11
Ensuring the performance of all tasks in the budget and accounting areas
Ensuring the development, submission and documentation of the draft budget of the department
Ensuring the drafting, development and evaluation of budget-relevant data for the entire area of social services and social affairs
Budgetary control with regard to financing of EU projects
Ensuring the documentation of the statement of accounts of the department within the framework of the Social Assistance Act, the Disabled Persons Act, the Youth Welfare Act with the social assistance associations or chartered cities
Ensuing the technical supervision of social assistance associations or chartered cities with regard to budget implementation
Developing and formulating budgetary solutions
Ensuring the assessment of the financial and budgetary effects of pilot projects and new types of services
Providing guidance and consulting to the providers and district authorities in terms of implementing specified standards of billing and accounting
